The draft copy of the Supplemental Ballot Pamphlet for the March 2, 2004, Primary Election can be accessed through the PDF files listed below. The law requires the Secretary of State's Office to place the Supplemental Ballot Pamphlet on "Public Display" before we print and mail a copy to every household of a registered voter. The Secretary of State is making the Supplemental Ballot Pamphlet available for public inspection from December 17, 2003, through January 6, 2004.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A FINAL COPY. THERE MAY BE COURT-ORDERED CHANGES MADE TO THIS BALLOT INFORMATION BEFORE THE FINAL COPY IS PRINTED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME.
